The Arboretum makes for a fantastic location for photos, especially in May when all of the blossoming trees are in full force. Lisa & Matt’s engagement session was no exception. It was a perfect evening spent with a couple of great people making awesome photos together! Here are a few photos from their beautiful session.

Zahra & Zubair’s wedding at Le Belvédère was absolutely magnificent. Their day started at Le Bellevue where they both prepared for their day surrounded by so many close friends and family. The weather changed numerous times throughout the day from bright sun and gorgeous clouds to dramatic storm clouds and a tiny bit of rain (there was even the threat of a Tornado!), but two things stayed constant; Zahra & Zubair’s clear love for each other and breathtaking views from the top of the mountain.
I was honoured to be able to celebrate with this fun and beautiful couple along with their families and to have the incredibly talented Mathieu Louis-Seize of Green Tea Photography join me for the day!

What a fun session! I love photographing people like Lindsay & Amaan and I am so looking forward to their wedding in September after the fun time we had together a few weeks ago. We had a great time downtown in Ottawa, around the Chateau Laurier and the locks. I appreciate all of the couple who allow me to get creative and spend time with them in such an intimate way!
